Robert Munsch is a brilliant storyteller and author who has brought his gift to millions, helping generations of kids to discover the wonders of books and reading. Scholastic is proud to be his Canadian publisher and to distribute his books in the U.S. and around the world. New York – March 31, 2010 – Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ: SCHL) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share on the Company’s Class A and Common Stock for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 30, 2010.
