Scholastic Corporation Announces First Quarter Dividend

New York, NY – July 17, 2024 – Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ: SCHL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company’s Class A and Common Stock for the first quarter of fiscal 2025. The dividend is payable on September 16, 2024, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 30, 2024.
