Scholastic Corporation Announces Second Quarter Dividend
New York, NY – September 18, 2024 – Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ: SCHL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company’s Class A and Common Stock for the second quarter of fiscal 2025. The dividend is payable on December 16, 2024, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 31, 2024.
