Students Can “Shop” for Free Books at Governor’s Early Literacy Foundation’s Opportunities with Literacy (OWL) Fest in September

Pre-K through 5th grade students and teachers at Priority elementary schools in Tennessee will be able to “shop” for books and literacy resources, at no cost, through Governor’s Early Literacy Foundation’s OWL Fest, in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Education.

Scholastic Corporation Announces Second Quarter Dividend

New York, NYSeptember 18, 2024 – Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ: SCHL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company’s Class A and Common Stock for the second quarter of fiscal 2025. The dividend is payable on December 16, 2024, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 31, 2024.
