Scholastic Reports Fiscal 2021 First Quarter Results

New York – September 24, 2020 – Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ: SCHL), the global children’s publishing, education and media company, today reported financial results for the Company’s fiscal first quarter ended August 31, 2020. Scholastic typically reports an operating loss and high cash utilization in its fiscal first quarter, when most U.S. schools are not in session.

Scholastic Corporation Announces Second Quarter Dividend

New York – September 23, 2020 – Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ: SCHL) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company’s Class A and Common Stock for the second quarter of fiscal 2021. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2020 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 30, 2020.
