New York – March 31, 2010 – Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ: SCHL) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share on the Company’s Class A and Common Stock for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010.  The dividend is payable on June 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 30, 2010.
